Vantage Point Consulting was founded in 2008 by Richard Cordy to provide land and new homes market research advice for both land and company acquisition opportunities. Clients range from national house builders, developers, land and new homes estate agents, private equity funds, to private landowners. Vantage Point Consulting also provides residential development consultancy services to maximise value in the residential marketing and development process.

With over 35 years of sector experience in London, the South and East of England, Vantage Point Consulting is well placed to provide in - depth, independent market research for land acquisition board approval, development optimisation, sales & marketing advice and trouble shooting. We are also able to provide evaluation assessment of strategic land portfolios, and impartial advice to private landowners on promoting their land through planning to eventual sale.

​Richard's career track record and expertise in the land and residential development industry has been built up over many years, honing his skills and expertise first as a Sales and Marketing Director, then as a Regional Managing Director at the following volume and niche house builders and developers:

Richard has been involved in the creation and delivery of around 15,000 new homes on a wide range of sites from large green field housing schemes and mixed use consortium sites, to high rise apartments and urban regeneration projects, as well as smaller select niche developments and individual luxury houses.

 

-  Over 35 years experience in residential development 
- 15 years as a Regional Managing Director FTSE 250 house builders 
- P&L responsibility for company turnovers of £10M to £160M
