Vantage Point Consulting specialises in providing independent Market Research Reports often prior to acquisition for board approval and then later just before sales launch.
There are three different levels of report:

Basic Report –an initial unit mix price guide supported by a back up analysis of relevant new build, re sale, and recent land registry completions, with recommendation on rate of sale, incentives available and net achieved prices. 

Intermediate Report – as above plus wider context information in terms of schools, transport and amenities in the area. 

 Full Report –often required for Board approval, this includes the above, plus a map indicating new build competitors, a summary for each development, the latest census demographics, comments on site layout, specification, unit mix, regional and local market trends and intelligence.
